How to condition for swimming? - best mid back exercises swimming

I try to swim in mid-November, which I practice about two months leaves. What should my exercise routine for the next two months?

Hey. My season started in August, so I know a few things. My question is, how long have you been swimming? What I do not go, is a local pool and swim with his friend or to yourself and then. Time and have fun while improving. Also to eat healthy foods. This suggests that there is still my coach. Drinking too much water. Hope this helps.
