Mr. Clean Magic Eraser magic on the walls. What carpet, I recommend that for a little water on hot spots of soap, let sit for several minutes and then with a vacuum cleaner Wet / Dry Vac (or steam) or absorb it with towels. It may take some time, but with more detergent to the soap very likely exacerbate the problem cleanly.
